One thing I don't like is there is no publication of what service needs to be performed at what mileage. I have to rely on idiot lights to come on to say when service is needed. That leaves an uneasy feeling if for instance I am traveling and want to know if to service before or after a trip. Not knowing presents the problem of the service light to come in in the middle of a trip. More

Our buying process took more than 5 hours, think about being there at 5. 00 pm and leaving late night. Oil Change and recall Brought new 2019 Odyssey in for first oil change, tire rotation and already a recall. After returning home we noticed a new clicking sound and now ha Brought new 2019 Odyssey in for first oil change, tire rotation and already a recall. After returning home we noticed a new clicking sound and now have a puddle of oil in our garage. Salesman also promised free gas fill up for first two oil changes. Service department said they know nothing about that and ignored this commitment from the dealership. Very disappointed. More
