Airbag recall replacement I made my appointment on line. Arrived early and was greeted by Jeffery Hawes. He was thorough, after the scheduled maintenance he pointed out that th I made my appointment on line. Arrived early and was greeted by Jeffery Hawes. He was thorough, after the scheduled maintenance he pointed out that there were a few other general wear and tear issues with the vehicle. Hoses and belts that were beginning to show age. He was thoughtful and kind. Whereas he did bring these things to my attention I did not feel pressured to have them done at that moment. He gave me his card and asked me to call him if and when I wanted to schedule the suggested maintenance. The waiting room was a bit different. There was music playing in the background from many different genres and a television program playing that were competing for attention. There were actually two televisions playing the same program in different rooms. There was a slight delay in the sound, so I had music playing with two slightly unsynced audio playing and me there for two hours. Overall a reasonable experience. I would choose to not have sound on the television. More
