Service January 2019 I live in Snellville and drive to you for any service on my Honda pilot. This service in January was very disappointing. I needed my oil changed, a new battery and a new battery for my key fob. When i got my car back the key fob did not work and I was told it is broken and they tried a new battery but it didn't work. I find this hard to believe since every.time I changed the battery with others it worked before but they didn't last. I was asked if I had dropped it in water. I did not and I wonder what was done to my fob so that it now didn't work. Then after I drove off I noticed I was charged for the battery even though I didn't need it since it did not work. Then the worst part was how my new car battery was replaced, they installer did not even think of entering my code to allow the radio to work. When I come to the Honda dealership, I expect much better than that kind of service. This was half done service. I have been advised that I need tires from 2 different tire companies when I have needed air in my tires. However, the tires passed with green marks at your dealership. This seriously makes me question the overall inspection. I have been very disappointed with my service this time. I have always used your Honda dealership since I have a pilot with over 250,000 miles. I need to try to keep this car going and would like you to be in partnership with me. I usually feel.like you help me keep my car on life support but this experience did not let me think this. More

He also told me about the on site car wash and gave me a complementary code (going to be taking advantage of this perk moving forward). I will definitely be coming back to this Honda service center and requesting Michael's assistance the next time I need work done on my vehicle!
