I would say it was the best buying experience I had been to other Honda dealership and was told that I would have to come back or make an appointment. Really?? Oil change I was a little disappointed by the customer service I received. The service rep was rushing me, interrupted me couple of times when I was communicatin I was a little disappointed by the customer service I received. The service rep was rushing me, interrupted me couple of times when I was communicating important information about my car, the wait time was over an hour (even though I scheduled the earliest appointment possible for the day), I did not receive the promised complimentary car wash, and the service report did not look very accurate (I have brand new engine mounts installed but the report claimed my engine mounts need immediate attention).
