New car sales experience in the fall of 2015 we purchased a "15 Ford Edge from Gwinnett Place Ford. Johnny Vu was our sales person. After I bought the car I noticed a few things that need to be fixed. So I called my sales person who was Mikhail and he had it fix within 24 hrs. He has also called me a few times to make sure everything was still going good. Thank you and I definitely be back again More

"Come on down", "we have found the car you want and will meet your price", "I worked really hard True to the stereotypical car dealership experience. I ask for the certification papers, car history, and vehicle description to be emailed..."We are certifying it now and the paperwork won't be ready until you get here." 1 1/2 hour drive, 1/2 tank of gas, and 200 miles added to your own cars mileage later... you're left to wait 20 mins in the waiting area along with a large crowd of exhausted looking customers. Then when it's your turn for your appointment (20 minutes after your appt time), You are so sadly informed the car they brought you in to see has been sold just in just the last 1/2 hour, BUT the good news is....wait for it..... they have a large inventory of other cars they are sure you would like to look at. Typical inconsiderate way to treat a potential customer. Feel sorry for the true professional car sales people who have to overcome the reputation that dealers/salespeople like this create. More

My sales associate was great and worked with me every step of the way from the phone call to see if they had what I wanted till I drove my new car off the lot. I don't have anything to say about the service department as I have not had to take my car in yet. Good looking show room with plenty of smiling employees darting around taking care of their customers. This was my second purchase from Gwinnett Place and I don't see why I wouldn't go back there when the time comes for another. Johnny Vu was my salesman and he was awesome to work with and I hope he still works there when I need to buy another vehicle. More

Horrible Service I would not recommend this dealer because I had a problem with a new car that I bought there. All my car doors open with another key of a different ca I would not recommend this dealer because I had a problem with a new car that I bought there. All my car doors open with another key of a different car and I went to the dealer and they said they could not do anything about it. I later called the Ford factory and they also said they could not do anything about it. I am putting this review so that someone else does not go through the same problem that I am going through, because Ford does not take responsibility for a problem they made on the car. Now I have to pay money out of my pocket to fix a problem the car has from factory. I hope if any of you buy a car in Ford, to be careful with what you buy so you do not have the same problem as I am going through. More
