I do have ONE complaint about the dealership. Before I traded cars on Sunday, I had set up a service appointment for the Escape, my former car on Monday at 7:00 am. After buying the new Edge on Sunday, I tried everything I could think of to cancel that service appointment, and ended by sending a message on the chat. What else could I do? More
