The sales experience was great but when I tell u ever since I gained ownership this car had been in the shop. I consistently get all maintenance and service at the dealership so that there is no excuse for coverage. It's so bad that the service manager knows me by name smdh. Today I tried to turn on my heat and its blowing a.c. again. Now i just got the same stupid part replaced and when I call today I get I'm sorry the repairs are not warrantied outside of your extended warranty which of course just expired. So basically they get to halfway fix something and then if it breaks again...oops. I tell u what....they won't get another $45,000 from me! Thanks for the fantastic customer service! *sarcasm* More
