The sales team retailed a customers special order Maverick and is covering it up!!! The XLT HYBRID MAVERICK was delivered on 16 Feb 23. The sales manager contacted me to make an appointment to purch Maverick and is covering it up!!! The XLT HYBRID MAVERICK was delivered on 16 Feb 23. The sales manager contacted me to make an appointment to purchase the truck. 14 minutes later the sales manager texted, "sorry sir, wrong car". Never heard from him again. What happened in the 14 minutes to change from a customer special order to a retail? After calls from Ford customer service. A salesperson admitted that the Maverick was mistakenly sold to someone else. I was told this would be escalated to the GM. So far crickets! More

Cedric Edwards, my Service Advisor, always does an excellent job. I had a coupon which saved me money. Two years ago he put a new battery in my car with a warranty. When my car got there, the battery excellent job. I had a coupon which saved me money. Two years ago he put a new battery in my car with a warranty. When my car got there, the battery died. Because of the warranty, the battery was replaced free. This was all under Mr. Cedric's direction. More
