The customer service I received from the service advisor is ok. Whoever is fixing my car is terrible. I took my car back last week and they didn’t fix the tire sensor light. The link they gave me to approve didn’t give me the option. Even though I told the advisor on the phone to take care of this it wasn’t completed. Second, I picked my car and the oil change light came on even though one was just completed. Third, the keyless entry numbers are lit now. I had a bad experience prior to this only a few weeks prior due to an electrical failure. I left ford without anyone telling me what was wrong. I called the next week got someone from the 800 number they took my message and no one returned my call. I made one more appointment to get all this fixed and will never come back to this dealer. More
Ricardo went above and beyond! He kept me constantly updated on my Raptor. He even helped me get my medicine from my truck (that I forgot in there) just moments before closing. My service advisor was Xavier, I would have appreciated a call to go over my multi point inspection or at least the multi point list of everything that was inspected and the result that you usually provide. Overall I am still happy with the service I received today. In closing I'm not sure if it's Ford or MPP but the idea to not change the oil when using synthetic oil until 7,000 mi is not a good idea. I totally understand that I can pay for it myself but if I've already paid for an extended warranty with maintenance why should I have to pay for it again and why should I have to wait until 7,000 mi instead of 5,000 miles to save Ford or MPP money 👀 Keep up the good work Gwinnett place Ford. More
Scheduled an appointment but upon arrival the salesman wasn't there and after finding another sales associate to assist, took almost 15min of looking to find ttcqr which was advertised with features it di wasn't there and after finding another sales associate to assist, took almost 15min of looking to find ttcqr which was advertised with features it didn't actually have, and salesman video that specifically commented on how clean it was with no blemishes turned out to be fraudulent as it smelled strongly of smoke, had clearly been in an accident and very noticable chips, s ratchets and dents. We took for test drive and ran out of gas less than 1/4 mile from the dealership. Only positive was the second sales associate who was knowledgeable and professional More
