I wish there was a negitive number I could use to rate this service department. My son called last week and set an appointment for today at 9AM for a brake inspection and possibly replace the brake pads this service department. He arrive on time and, after waiting for a while, asked if he could go home and get some sleep (works 3rd shift)and would they call him when the brake pads were replaced. SIX HOURS LATER he still had no communication from theservice dept. He called them and got a load of garbage. So I called. I was told that they were checking the suspension system - which makes as much sense as rotating tires when the battery is dead. 7 1/2 hours after the truck was dropped off, the STILL had not checked the brakes - and wanted to keep it for at least another day. These people have no clue about cutomer service. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE WORK! More
