I bought a truck and the transmission went out before the first payment. They said there’s nothing they can do for me. This transmission is $11K to repair and it’s backed ordered nationwide, so I can’t even first payment. They said there’s nothing they can do for me. Would give zero stars if possible. Terrible experience with service department. They are either completely incompetent or intentionally ripping off customers. I had my vehicle towed to Terrible experience with service department. They are either completely incompetent or intentionally ripping off customers. I had my vehicle towed to their shop after it overheated. I live 4 hours away, so I had to rely on what the service tech told me over the phone. He said he has found the problem and quoted me $1400 to fix it. When went pick up the vehicle it wasn’t even drivable. I had to pay to get it towed to my local dealership. They looked it over and told me it needs a new engine, and that should have been obvious to the tech who worked on it. So basically I have brand new parts installed on a dead engine that had zero chance of fixing the problem to begin with. Thanks for nothing! More
Michael Duke is literally the best personality I have ever met. What a guy. It is the small things, he checked on me to give me a time estimate and when it changed they provided an update and chatted kin ever met. What a guy.
