It makes the experience much more meaningful because it portrays that he is personally involved in the outcome of service to my vehicle. I truly appreciate him continuously following up with me (even taking time to email me when my voicemail wasn't working) and being honest about every aspect of the situation. I cannot say enough positive things about Cedric. To be honest, he restored my trust in and removed doubts about Gwinnett Place Ford, which will greatly influence my business decisions going forward.
