Cedric has been amazing! I appreciate him listening and looking into all of the problems I have been having. I appreciate him working diligently with guys actually working on my vehicle to follow up on all looking into all of the problems I have been having. I also appreciate that he framed his responses to me, taking ownership as if he is actually doing the work himself instead of just saying "oh the guys back there are doing this or they said that..." It makes the experience much more meaningful because it portrays that he is personally involved in the outcome of service to my vehicle. I truly appreciate him continuously following up with me (even taking time to email me when my voicemail wasn't working) and being honest about every aspect of the situation. I cannot say enough positive things about Cedric. To be honest, he restored my trust in and removed doubts about Gwinnett Place Ford, which will greatly influence my business decisions going forward. I have worked with a lot of service advisers from from a lot of different dealerships over the years and honestly, I don't think I've ever dealt with a more helpful, professional, empathetic, and personable service provider. I believe in giving credit where credit is due, and while I know there are other good people within the service department at Gwinnett Place Ford, I genuinely believe that Cedric is one of your finest assets. Dealers here are now self-entitled due to the fact that the car prices are at an all-time high. Recently had a great experience purchasing a new car at the dealership. Corey Walker was helpful on the test drive and helped me pick out the perfect vehicle.
