My review would have been 4-5 stars during my purchase of a used 2019 Honda Odyssey EXL wNAV/RES. The problem was after leaving the dealership, as they were closing, I had problems getting the navigation up a used 2019 Honda Odyssey EXL wNAV/RES. The problem was after leaving the dealership, as they were closing, I had problems getting the navigation up. I pulled over to try and figure it out and that is when I discovered that this van did not have navigation. The next day I looked up the value of the van with navigation and without. It is a $2400 difference in the value. I was able to find the original window sticker in the owner's manual and the van was an EXL with RES added (No Navigation). I called the dealership and spoke to my salesman Jay Lee. He looked it up and said yes it is supposed to have navigation. He tried to find the used car sales manager Mikhail and couldn't find him, so he left a note for him to call me back. I received no call back after 3 or 4 days. I called again and spoke with Jay Lee and he left a note again. Well I received no call back for 3 or 4 days. So I asked for Mikhail the next time I called and he asked what they could do about the mistake. Well I am a reasonable person and understand mistakes happen but you have to make them right. I told Mikhail that I had already priced an 8' Garmin with mount for $400 and if they sent me a check for $400 that would be a good solution. He said to give him 2-3 days to check with a guy he knows that may be able to provide one and if I didn't hear from him to call back. I didn't hear from him so I called and he was not available and the receptionist left him a message to call me back. I decided to wait at least a month to give them time to make this right but after a month I have still not heard anything. Also I received no paperwork for the extended warranty and my wife called to see if they could send some paperwork. The person she spoke with said they would get with the salesman and have him mail us paperwork. Well that didn't happen either. You are basically dead to this dealership after the sale. It is a real shame because I had a good experience at the dealership and I thought $400 was a really good compromise for a $2400 mistake that was made on their part. More
When I pulled into the service line Charles was on another job. Mike stepped up and started signing me in for service. He contacted Charles to let him know I was at the dealership.
