Very informative and never I never felt pressured into purchasing a car. Dealing with the sales management team was a positive experience also. In the finance office the gentleman that processed my paperwork was quick and efficient. All final paperwork was as expected. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. If you go there ask for Hassan, he will treat you right and you will get a great deal. More

Highly recommend Gwinnett Place Ford Lincoln Mercury..RV traveling is our new adventure..Visited dealership and told Steve Tiller that we were going to the 5th wheel mode of travel..Steve showed us several traveling is our new adventure..Visited dealership and told Steve Tiller that we were going to the 5th wheel mode of travel..Steve showed us several options without pressure and answered all of our questions. After several days of contemplation, we decided to return to see if we could make a purchase. Again, without pressure, Steve and Brian McFarland searched the country for the specific model that we wanted..No luck..They suggested a different model or a special order...We left with an F350 equipped with more options than we intended at an agreeable price...We are quite satisfied with the entire process.. Took my Expedition in because of a problem with the transmission. Another Ford store couldn't fix it so I took it here. Matt in service was great. They had the car 11 days cause they wanted to make sur transmission. Another Ford store couldn't fix it so I took it here. Matt in service was great. They had the car 11 days cause they wanted to make sure it was 100% fixed before I got it back and not 90% fixed. Matt called everyday to keep me updated on the status. Since I've gotten it back everything is perfect. The best Ford store in Georgia. More
I had a positive experience. Geo was very professional and did an excellent job. Every one at the dealership was nice and extremely helpful. Only thing I would suggest is that they renovate the dealersh and did an excellent job. Every one at the dealership was nice and extremely helpful. Only thing I would suggest is that they renovate the dealership. It is a very old building and shows excessive wear. However, I would still recommend this dealership to others More
DON'T LET THEM INTIMIDATE YOU!!! They tried sooo much to intimidate us!! Yelling, pounding fits, red angry faces, walking away upset...they did it all! (And we weren't doing ANYTHING to get such a hyped rea intimidate us!! Yelling, pounding fits, red angry faces, walking away upset...they did it all! (And we weren't doing ANYTHING to get such a hyped reaction...I swear! They were just trying to intimidate us!!) Then in the financing room....WARNING: Be very very very suspicious; be very careful and read EVERYTHING!!!! Even if you've agreed to a price and sign something on the sales floor, keep checking the prices listed and keep checking the calculations!!!!! DO NOT believe their calculations. Calculate everything they spout out! And DO NOT believe what they tell you they see in your credit report!! They lied and lied and lied...over and over and over. Luckily my husband kept asking questions and kept doing calculations on his own because we caught lie after lie. And we think we got scammed into a buying warranty that might've actually been free (not sure on this last one yet). They pretended to see things in our credit report (that actually never shows up on credit reports)...but wouldn't let us see the computer screen to verify what they claimed. They promised instead to print it out and never did. Liars! They pretended the percentage we could get was high so they could manipulate us into getting their "guaranteed percentages" that come with their special packages. But when it was all said and done, the percentage we got was at least 2% lower than what they swore "wouldn't get any lower" and "was the best they could do." Liars! They promised us a price on the car but my husband caught them red-handed when quickly stepping behind finance guy to see the computer screen, that they had raised our price behind our backs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO JOKES!!!! My husband called the guy out, and he quietly and guiltly just said, "oh...how did that happen?" More
I took my 2007 (under warrantee) suv in, because when hooked to a trailer, the running lites would not work but all others did. I tested the trailer in advance on another vehicle and advised them to call hooked to a trailer, the running lites would not work but all others did. I tested the trailer in advance on another vehicle and advised them to call (of course, they did not)if it was anything other than a warranted problem. When I called to check on the vehicle, I was advised the bill would be $105.00 for the simple changing of a fuse. They agreed the warrantee was still in affect but stated fuses and the technicians services were not. Why the fuse box was not checked first, I have no idea. I Never had this problem before. I Had a 2003 model of the same vehicle also with electrical problems that had fuses replaced three times all of which were no charge! The dealer did make some concessions on the bill, however, I still feel I was taken advantage of and would not trust them to do service again. More
All the people I spoke with at Gwinnet Place were very friendly. Dave and his mechanic helped identify and locate some hard to find parts for my older Ford Ranger. His follow up call was greatly appreci friendly. Dave and his mechanic helped identify and locate some hard to find parts for my older Ford Ranger. His follow up call was greatly appreciated. I took my car in for service and they wrecked my car and did not notify me. After 8 days, I went to check on my car and found it at the bodyshop getting the bumper replaced and painted. They never contacted did not notify me. After 8 days, I went to check on my car and found it at the bodyshop getting the bumper replaced and painted. They never contacted me to tell me the car was damage. Instead the service manager told me the part I took my car in for was lost in Memphis, Tennessee. The new bumper they tried to sneak and put on has dents and there are bubbles in the paint. The rear sensors also did not work. I took my car to another body shop and they informed me that the a portion of the absorber behind the bumper cover was actually missing and the reinforcement was damaged. The dealership hid this also. The dealership has yet to tell me what actually happened to my car. They suspect it was a hit and run but they have cameras outside the building and should know what happened. Casey has rufused to give me the name of the insurance carrier. Still disputing this. I recorded many conversations so the public could hear how they mistreated me. If anyone is interested in hearing, contact me. I have also turned over the recordings to all of the local tv news stations. I am also planning on filing suit against them. Consumers...beware!!! I am sure they would not have told me anything had I not caught them in the act!!!!! More
