When we purchased our car we purchased the plan for the Maintenance -- I have been to the dealership service for three oil changes in the year we have had this vehicle and the service person at the count Maintenance -- I have been to the dealership service for three oil changes in the year we have had this vehicle and the service person at the counter has been less than helpful, all three times I have had to argue and fight for the service we purchased with the vehicle, and this last time my son went in and the service tech made him pay for the oil change that is covered under this plan. I am not very happy with the response of the service department for a service that was purchased wtih the vehicle. Still contemplating what to do-I know the Better Business Bureau will be mroe than happy to take this complaint.. Not once but three times-Shame on Gwinnett ford Service Department. Once I spoke with Natalie and Johnny they seem to be getting this resolved, however, this is very disappointing. More

Cedric was very friendly and helpful with my vehicle--after it was diagnosed he called me and let meknow what was wrong, also followed up with and email and a recommeded action plan--after my ap vehicle--after it was diagnosed he called me and let meknow what was wrong, also followed up with and email and a recommeded action plan--after my approval they completed the work in a timely manner. I have had multiple things taken care of at the service center. I cannot say enough positive things about everyone there, especially Chris. The car was aligned, washed and completed in the time I was promised. I was extremely pleased with the professional attitude and the professional knowledge about what was done to my car.
