I have bought several new and used cars and trucks in my 43 years of driving but I have never been more satisfied with the overall treatment that I recieved from Gwinnett Place Ford. I had done a lot of research on what I wanted both online and at different dealerships. Everywhere I went I was told that I was looking at payments over 550 to 650 a month for this well equipped truck. Then I seen the website for Gwinnett Place Ford. I found the truck I was interested in and left a online message. The following morning I had a entire staff of professionals working to make the deal happen.Three days later I had my truck at the payment that I wanted and almost $200.00 less per month then any other dealership. They also delivered my truck to me in Dalton Ga. over 100 miles away. Thank you Corey McIntosh, Arusha Hunter, Basil Williams,and Harry Jones for all your hard work in making me one very happy Gwinnett Place Ford customer. I will make this dealership my first stop the next time I'm ready to buy again. Thank you More

I own a 2010 Lincoln Navigator and used Gwinnett Place Ford for regular service for my vehicle. I was greeted with a friendly smile and am very satisfied with the service. I inquired about a used vehicle online and was given a price via email which was slightly higher than what Edmunds.com said the vehicle was worth at Dealer Retail. After test driving the vehicle, I meet with the internet manager Angell to discuss price, after some negotiation we agreed upon the quoted price in my email as an out the door price. John (the inventory manager) then entered the picture and said that they couldn't sell the vehicle at the price quoted (in email) or agreed to (onsite). After some discussion about my feelings that I had been misled about pricing, I was given a second price which was $450 higher than what I was quoted/agreed to. I was upset and took a few minutes to clear my head (I walked around the lot) during which time Angell spoke with the owner about the situation. When I came back in I told Angell that I would take the vehicle at the +$450 upcharge, I was then told that the owner wouldn't honor that price and the price was now +$2,000 higher. I left the dealership and will never purchase anything from Gwinnett Place Ford again eventhough this would have been the third vehicle that I had purchased from them. More
I purchased my 2011 Lincoln new from this dealer. I was/am extremely pleased with the salesman and service providers. I also appreciate the follow-up by the service department.
