I came here with my guard completely up. after 5 minutes with this man i felt so at ease with the whole experience. I wasn't in the market for a car i just wanted to see my options but he seriously has me thinking of getting a new one. Fingers crossed that my husband says yes. More

Strike 1: They first charged calculated Georgia sales tax although I and they were very clear I was titling the car in NC. Then when they realized that error due to the overage in the certified check they had me get, they wanted to give me a virtually worthless warranty in lieu of the $900 refund I was owed. Strike 2: Next they forgot to have me sign power of attorney and so 2 weeks later they contacted me to tell me that and that I was being mailed all the documentation to get my own license plate. Please be advised that they made no mention of my refund check and put me off about that when they told me of the power of attorney error. One month after I overpaid them due to their arithmetic error I received my refund. Strike 3: Although I told them the minute I went through the door I would pay cash if I decided to take the car, they apparently applied for credit for me anyway. So today, 2 months after I paid cash for that car and endured the other errors that were time consuming and annoying, I received a letter from a finance company saying my application was now null and void since I did not use it. That letter contained my 800+ credit score, and yet I never applied for credit, the dealership apparently did so on my behalf without my knowledge. Buyer beware somehow doesn't seem strong enough! So i drive 1 1/2 hours to get there well 4 hours later they offered 4000 less for my trade and went up on the price they finally come down on the price so i go to sign the papers then they come back with a interest rate 4 points higher than quoted. I will never go back. Also they are a bunch of vultures i didnt even get in the parking lot and they knocked on my window to try to help me! The salesman Mike Donnelly was also working with 3 different customers at the same time he was with me that just tells me they can care less about customers its just selling cars. More

I only have my Mercury serviced by Ford having had inferior work from off brand repair establishments. Now I am in Gwinnett county I have my vehicle serviced at Gwinnett Place Ford. Truly expert tec inferior work from off brand repair establishments. Now I am in Gwinnett county I have my vehicle serviced at Gwinnett Place Ford. Truly expert technicians, who take the time to make each job perfect, this where the jobs have always been priced ahead thus this is not padding the time. Both the service area and quick lane agents are professional and courteous. My ten year old Monterey drives like the day it was purchased. They have gone out of their way to repair some minor items gratis. The cost of the service is worth every penny. I am looking forward to purchasing my next Ford from these folks. More
I purchased a small car from here 8/18/13 which had about 555 miles on it supposedly new. I returned the car on 8/19/13 . Although I purchased the car on 8/18/13 they gave me a temporary tag as if I had purc 555 miles on it supposedly new. I returned the car on 8/19/13 . Although I purchased the car on 8/18/13 they gave me a temporary tag as if I had purchased the car a day earlier. They lied and said the car was driven from Florida to their location which doesn't even sound right seeing that new cars are normally transported on a truck. After the car was detailed I found oil under my seats, grease stains on the back seats and short guy hair in the front end of the car by the gears as if someone had been shaving. wtf. The hubcaps in the front were also rusted. I drove it around for a day and kept getting a knocking sound under the hood. My grandfather cosigned for me but no papers were signed on his end. The contract isn't even valid without his signature. My grandfather has A-1 credit yet they still told me I had to put down a down payment of $250. On 8/19/13 I was told I would be getting a full refund by Friday 8/23/13 but received a call Tuesday 8/20/13 saying they would not be giving me my money back. How can they steal my money even if I don't have the product. I am very unsatisfied and I will be getting my money back one way or another. More

They told me I needed to come back and sign some paperwork that they forgot to get signed. After doing that I started looking at my paperwork I realized they added an additional $750 for a warranty that I declined. More
