Best customer service! I purchased a BMW 5series from Gwinnett Place Ford. And I think that it was one of the best experiences I had purchasing a car. He made the process so smooth and the thing I loved most was I didn't feel pressured into buying the car. He really made me comfortable with my purchase. Also, after my purchase he still reached out to me and made sure that I was happy with everything! I would recommend this to him to anyone purchasing a car! More

My sales associate was great and worked with me every step of the way from the phone call to see if they had what I wanted till I drove my new car off the lot. I don't have anything to say about the service department as I have not had to take my car in yet. Good looking show room with plenty of smiling employees darting around taking care of their customers. This was my second purchase from Gwinnett Place and I don't see why I wouldn't go back there when the time comes for another. Johnny Vu was my salesman and he was awesome to work with and I hope he still works there when I need to buy another vehicle. More

Horrible Service I would not recommend this dealer because I had a problem with a new car that I bought there. All my car doors open with another key of a different ca I would not recommend this dealer because I had a problem with a new car that I bought there. All my car doors open with another key of a different car and I went to the dealer and they said they could not do anything about it. I later called the Ford factory and they also said they could not do anything about it. I am putting this review so that someone else does not go through the same problem that I am going through, because Ford does not take responsibility for a problem they made on the car. Now I have to pay money out of my pocket to fix a problem the car has from factory. I hope if any of you buy a car in Ford, to be careful with what you buy so you do not have the same problem as I am going through. More

EXCELLENT DEALERSHIP I went to Gwinnett Place Ford on 7-18-15 and purchased a 2016 Ford Escape. The atmosphere was very warm from start to finish. The staff was amazing. Two weeks later I had a problem with the steering wheel. The GM put the New Car director Jean Paul Carcamo in charge of trading me into another vehicle. I was traded into a 2016 Ford Fusion. Jean Paul worked with me from getting the Escape paid off to getting the Fusion funded. He kept in touch with me the entire process. He did an outstanding job and made me feel as part of the family. Needless to say, after speaking with Geo over the phone for a course of two days. I was ready to trade in my poor decision for a better one! Geo made sure my deal was secure and explained all of my options. It's really refreshing to deal with a professional car dealer that isn't trying to pressure you into a bad decision. He worked very hard to make sure I wasn't too upside down due to the trade in. I actually put down the money that was owed to me from GAP insurance and other incentives. All in all it was an even deal as far as down payment goes! Thanks Geo! We also worked with the Best Finance Man on the Planet Arusha Hunter.
