Very dissatisfied customer After driving the car off the lot ,six hours later the car broke down, I thought most dealerships have at least a 30 to 90 warranty on their vehicles After driving the car off the lot ,six hours later the car broke down, I thought most dealerships have at least a 30 to 90 warranty on their vehicles. If I wanted A lemon I would have gone to a mom and pop dealership. After 3 1/2 months I'm still waiting for a refund on my car. Just got a call from the finance Company stating that if I did not make a payment within four days I would receive negative points on my credit score. I work very hard for my credit score to be in the 700s. The owner Edd was so rude to me on the phone. I have never experienced a company that takes your money and then treat you like you've done something wrong More

After I bought the car I noticed a few things that need to be fixed. So I called my sales person who was Mikhail and he had it fix within 24 hrs. He has also called me a few times to make sure everything was still going good. Thank you and I definitely be back again More
stereotypical car sales experience we all dread True to the stereotypical car dealership experience. "Come on down", "we have found the car you want and will meet your price", "I worked really hard True to the stereotypical car dealership experience. "Come on down", "we have found the car you want and will meet your price", "I worked really hard to find this car for you", "when can you come". I ask for the certification papers, car history, and vehicle description to be emailed..."We are certifying it now and the paperwork won't be ready until you get here." 1 1/2 hour drive, 1/2 tank of gas, and 200 miles added to your own cars mileage later... you're left to wait 20 mins in the waiting area along with a large crowd of exhausted looking customers. Then when it's your turn for your appointment (20 minutes after your appt time), You are so sadly informed the car they brought you in to see has been sold just in just the last 1/2 hour, BUT the good news is....wait for it..... they have a large inventory of other cars they are sure you would like to look at. Typical inconsiderate way to treat a potential customer. Feel sorry for the true professional car sales people who have to overcome the reputation that dealers/salespeople like this create. More
