Good effort, but what a hassle! Overall, my experience with Gwinnett Place Ford was not the best, but not the worst I've ever had either. My salesman, Bob Gutierrez, was very friend Overall, my experience with Gwinnett Place Ford was not the best, but not the worst I've ever had either. My salesman, Bob Gutierrez, was very friendly and made a good effort to work with me throughout my car buying experience. I was; however, unimpressed with the lack of communication and effort amongst their staff. I don't like to have my time wasted and prefer to be upfront from the get-go, but a lot of my time was wasted with this dealership. After two trips and a exhausting purchase process, I finally got the car I was after all along. To my surprise, there were still a few issues that needed to be resolved before I would be satisfied. During my test drive, we both heard an air leak near the windshield and Bob said it would be taken care of before purchase. He also said a new set of tires would be put on the car. I got the car and the air leak was still there, not to mention a mix-up on the tires. This led me to come back again for the tires and the air leak fix. Service advised they couldn't hear any air leak, so Bob and I took it for another drive and heard it right away. This is because service never even checked on it! I had to come back a third time for the air leak issue, which was fixed by one of their specialists. Needless to say, a lot of time wasted due to their inability to fix the issues right the first time. I was left slightly dissatisfied overall and probably wouldn't be excited to purchase another vehicle from them. My best advise it to check the numbers twice and stay on top of this dealership, or they will end up getting one over on you. More

Great Experience, Professional Salesman -Finn Misa While browsing the lot because my 2014 Focus was being serviced I meet Finn Misa. Finn is someone that is easy going & easy to wok with. By asking While browsing the lot because my 2014 Focus was being serviced I meet Finn Misa. Finn is someone that is easy going & easy to wok with. By asking the right question s & listening instead of throwing me a pitch; Finn saw an opportunity to help me out of the current situation I was in. Finn really gets it--just tell him what you need & he'll get it done without the BS!!!!! Needless to say, I think the entire purchase took a lot less tim e than i have experience at other dealerships in my lifetime. Also, I might add that my wife & three young children were there with me in the showroom. When it came time for my wife to sign paperwork, we started to get nervous because the kids were ready to be somewhere else , like a playground. We had the pleasure of meeting Chad! A family man himself he totally nailed it. We felt like we were with a family member, he made us feel no pressure about my 3-yr old son acting like a robot while trying to conduct business. My point is GO buy your next NEW or Used vehicle from Gwinnett Place Ford & ask for Finn Misa (his new car managers are great as well!!) even if you have to bring the kids. Great Car-Buying Experience (with an exception) I recently purchased a Certified 2015 Ford Flex and wanted to comment on my buying experience. Overall i'd rate it 5 stars with an exception. We had t I recently purchased a Certified 2015 Ford Flex and wanted to comment on my buying experience. Overall i'd rate it 5 stars with an exception. We had two sales reps through the process, first Finn Missa then later a guy named "Herb". Basically, we were a walk up customer that Finn greeted and started the buying process with. We knew what specific car we were interested in so we test drove that car having a great experience. We like it so much we decided to continue with the buying process. It was this time that a pre-scheduled appointment showed up for Finn and he had to get another sales rep (Herb) to step in for him. (This is normal in the car salesmen world) Herb was the polar opposite of Finn. Where Finn was happy, full of energy, accommodating, and extremely customer-centric...Herb lacked energy and spunk, had a negative attitude, used very high-pressure sales tactics, and made my wife feel uncomfortable. In fact that we almost walked away from what was an incredible deal on the car to pay more somewhere else just to not deal with Herb again. If anyone from the dealership reads this, Herb is not a guy you want representing your brand. Ultimately we took the car home for the weekend to ensure we were making the right decision (and get away from Herb) and came back Monday to buy the car. We asked to deal with Finn throughout the rest of the buying process and had a wonderful buying experience. Finn set us up with "Rue" in finance who did an incredible job as well. We couldn't be happier with the both of them, and oh yea, the cars pretty nice as well! :) I would recommend that dealership to anyone with the condition that they deal with Finn Missa only. That guy "gets it". More
