Awesome experience when purchasing my new Ford Escape I went to the Ford Dealer on October 19th to get a new battery for my 2012 Ford Fusion and walked out instead with a new 2017 Ford Escape. I had gott I went to the Ford Dealer on October 19th to get a new battery for my 2012 Ford Fusion and walked out instead with a new 2017 Ford Escape. I had gotten a "True Car" quote a few weeks prior but had decided to keep my Fusion until the battery died. Well, when I showed up in the showroom of Gwinnett Place Ford that morning, Finn Misa, my salesman said he was the person that had sent me an email plus left me a message to come in and test drive the Ford Escape. Well, I did the test drive with him and the rest was history! Finn is an "above and beyond" kind of salesman that made my whole purchasing experience a pleasure. His manager, Jose, also went the extra mile for me. Oh yes, Austin, in the Finance Dept. got me a great interest rate to finance my new vehicle. So, thank you all for all you did ...I drove away a "very happy customer"! More

Finn Misa, Gwinnett Place Lincoln I was having my 2008 MKZ serviced for it's 60,000 mile check up. I wandered into the new car sales floor to kill time and not to buy a car because I a I was having my 2008 MKZ serviced for it's 60,000 mile check up. I wandered into the new car sales floor to kill time and not to buy a car because I am very happy with the car I bought from Gwinnett Place Ford. I told Finn that I did not want to buy a car, however I showed interest in a new MKZ. I ended up teat driving the car where Finn explained all the features and how to use them. He told me the payments that I would have if I bought the new car. Wonderful outing. If I wanted a new car I certainly I would ask for Finn to take care of me. However, there is nothing wrong with my current MKZ and no reason for me to get another car. I like my MKZ and don't want another car at this time. More

I was recommended by a family friend to go see Mikhail at Gwinnett Place Ford and I am beyond glad that I did! He was professional and he worked with a sense of urgency without making me feel uncomfortable or as though I was being rushed. Any question I had, Mikhail had an answer! He is an extremely knowledgeable young man and I recommend paying him a visit. More
