Worst experience ever Scarlett was great, but the rest of the dealership was straight up aweful. The vechile was supposed to be fully detailed including the cloth seats. The detail department decided to pressure wash them. They had five days before the delivery to me. You would have thought this could have been done with out getting into the car and sit down to wet seats! I had clients coming in from out of town and had to pick them up like that. How embarrassing. Not one person at the dealership apologized nor took ownership of this to get it handled. You can't spray the interrIor and not expect to have rust start! This is what I am seriousl set me off. I sent them an email with ,y disappointment but no one responded. What a joke! More
