my car shakes after being driven for while in traffic where is a lot of stopping and going, after taking my vehicle to your dealership the conclusion was that the clutch needs to be replaced, needless to where is a lot of stopping and going, after taking my vehicle to your dealership the conclusion was that the clutch needs to be replaced, needless to say over a year after I am still waiting for that repair to take place and every time I bring this up, they do have a different excuse they even had me going out of my way to bring it to mall of georgia ford. Now last time they had my vehicle for about 4 -5 days and no repair was done I was told that I will have to leave my car for several weeks and even months, how crazy is that? What am I supposed to do without a car for that long? I purchased an extended warranty for my car that will cover my repairs and even than they seemed to be giving me the run around, for that I DO GIVE GWINNETT FORD A 1 I GIVE IT A 0 IF I COULD. I am now contemplating the idea of trading for a Toyota or Honda or anything else other than a Ford quite dissatisfied More
I came in for a oil change and I mentioned that I received a recall notification but forgot to bring it with me. Cedric said no problem, he looked it up and got it taken care of right then.
