Sales tactics, not truthful! I wish there was an option to to give zero stars. I made an online inquire on the 2017 ford explore on 01/22/18 and promptly got a follow email from I wish there was an option to to give zero stars. I made an online inquire on the 2017 ford explore on 01/22/18 and promptly got a follow email from Laura the "Internet Director" , so I'm thinking nice! These guys are on the ball over there. After that a had a few missed calls from them and ended up speaking to one of there sales people Herbert the day after. I explain to him in full detail that I've been shopping around and need to find the right vehicle that could eat a lot of negative equity that i had in my trade and also that I had credit challenges. He assured me he had the right Explorer to do the the job and referred to a "Platinum Explorer" Demo that had a bit of miles but the numbers would be easy to manipulated to make the deal work with my current situation and down payment. I found it hard to believe at the time but he was very convincing. I told home i didn't want to waste my time come all the way up the for nothing because where i was locate it would be over an hours commute getting there. He sent me the credit app to complete that way we would have an better Idea of where we would stand before even attempting to make that commute. Reluctantly i competed the app them call him to back to make him aware of the completion he said thank, i will call you back shortly which he did not call me back. That was on 01/23/2018. On 01/24/2018 Laura did a follow call and I explain to her what took place and she got in contact with Herb, he called me back assumingly with the finance manager near by and act totally oblivious to out previous conversation asking question about my available down payment , my trade and credit situation which was already discussed in depth the day before on the phone. When I brought the demo that he claimed could make the deal work he had amnesia all of a sudden and said he would call me back....again he DID NOT!! call me back. Fast forward Monday afternoon 01/29/2018 I got a call from from another person FINN.......is this a joke.... Don't sell and expectation and try to back pedal with amnesia then have someone else call me to waste my time with no results. This was my first experience with this dealership and based on that it is my believe that if its not an easy sale they can help and the sales person i dealt with says whatever it take s to get you in the door even if it's false...I don't recommend these guys. More
