Thank you very much Vernon and Ivan. A great experience ! I went up to purchase a Explorer for my wife. I live about 50 miles from this dealership but had done my research and made the decision to drive acros I went up to purchase a Explorer for my wife. I live about 50 miles from this dealership but had done my research and made the decision to drive across town to purchase the vehicle. It took me a lot longer to get across town than expected and did not arrive at the dealership until 7:45 pm. They close at 8:00. Ivan and Vernon greeted me with a smile and began the process. Both gentlemen took their time to answer my questions and so me the Explorer. They made the whole experience comfortable and easy. I have purchased a lot of cars in my life but this was probably the easiest. None of this back and forth or pressure to make a decision.
