Initially I connected with Semir (Used Car Manager) and he was able to get me a trade in value and help me put together a package before we even arrived at the dealership. This saved us time and enabled the whole process. We arrived at the dealership, me, my wife and our two young boys to check out the Tahoe and we were greeted by Vadim. He walked us through the purchase process. He was great. He played with the kids while my wife and I discussed the vehicle.
