The 2021 F-150 that I drove and hour to test drive and buy had and issue. The AC would not blow cold when turned on. This was a gold certified vehicle? The salesman said oh well we can fix that. That truck should not have been on the lot or online until it was repaired. I have been shopping for a truck now for a few months. I will just say the first impression of this dealership was not a good one unfortunately. More

Hidden fees AFTER price of vehicle. The phrase they used is "Optional Dealer Added Accessories"...over $3000 worth of them. I asked for a detailed list of those and it was tires and lab The phrase they used is "Optional Dealer Added Accessories"...over $3000 worth of them. I asked for a detailed list of those and it was tires and labor associated with the tires and suspension. When I got the price of the vehicle I assumed the tires were a part of the price. They were quick to respond and courteous. Did not necessarily try to hide it. This is the kind of stuff people need to be aware of and look for in the final numbers.. More
