Terrible product, terrible service. I bought my 2014 Ford Focus Electric from this dealership 8 years ago; today is Dec 17th, so its warranty ran out in the summer, but it only had 46 I bought my 2014 Ford Focus Electric from this dealership 8 years ago; today is Dec 17th, so its warranty ran out in the summer, but it only had 46K miles on it. In October it had a dashboard warning and stopped running, so I had it towed to the service department on October 10th. On Oct 14, I was told that it was ready; a few days later (Oct 17th) I went to retrieve it and paid $350 for the "repair". One block away, the dashboard warning went back on, so I returned it to the service department and asked them to try again. I wait, and wait, and then start trying to contact the service advisor, and get no response, and eventually I get notified that it is ready to pick up. So on Nov 22, I go to pick it up...and it won't start. I wait some more, but call the service department every few days. At first they tell me that they can't figure out what is gong on, then they tell me it won't hold a charge, eventually they stop responding at all. Today, Dec 7th, almost two months later, I learn that my high voltage battery needs to be replaced. Which will cost over 25K. So basically, my car is worthless, at 46K miles. Oh, and get this...the Service department still didn't tell me. I had to find out by offering to sell the car back to the dealership, and then the Acquisitions department was able to find out what was wrong with it. I am not a happy customer. More

I purchased my 2013 Ford Escape at this dealership. Since I purchased it I've always had it serviced there. I even buy my tires there. It was serviced there on November 15, 2022. On Monday evening November 28,2022 about 6:30 pm I was on my way to church when the warnings came on about the car overheating. The gauge was on "H". I drove about one mile to the church as there was no where safe to stop. After church I drove home and didn't drive the car. When I had a mechanic (not one from the dealership) look at the car he found there was an oil leak from the vacuum pump, a coolant leak, the left front running light was out (I told the Service person that and was told it wasn't out), and the tag light was out. Shouldn't these things have been found and corrected on November 15, 2022. I'm a 77 year old widow and have depended on the service department to make sure my car was safe to drive. I have worked with Mr. Lyon in the past and he was very helpful I was also thinking about buying a new car there but not now. More
