This review is for the service center, not sales. I made an appointment over the phone for my CRV. The guy on the phone was very nice. The man who spoke with me at the desk, however, was extremely **condescending** --treating me like a "dumb female" who surely doesn't know her car. Also, as I waited in the lounge for my car, I saw him treat an elderly couple the same way. He was extremely rude to customers. I wonder if he really wants his job. As a result, I took my business elsewhere. More

Oil change and battery drain issue Took my daughters 2008 Honda CRV in for oil change, tire rotation, and check for slow battery drain. 20 year old daughter went to pick it up. She noticed immediately the remote door unlock wouldn't work. She called me before she left. I advised her to go back in for help. They took it back in, 20 min later they told her there was nothing they could do. She began to drive home, boy friend behind, and she had no headlights or taillights. Once she arrived home her boyfriend began to look into issues. I called Gustman Appleton Honda. they advised I would need to re-schedule another visit. After digging in further after work we discovered they pulled three fuses from the under dash panel during trouble shooting and never replaced. Fuses went in the vehicle so I needed to run to NAPA to purchase new. Money thrown out the window, stay away unless you want to troubleshoot issues after you pay trained professionals to do so. Disappointed...... More

Won’t buy another Honda Because of my experiences with the Service department and their Service writers, I won’t own another Honda. They argue with you. They don’t listen. They seem to do everything they can to avoid working on your car. I left my car with them for a week and they said they couldn’t detect the problem. I had a service tech ride along with me and within a block of driving he knew what I was talking about. More
