Dan is always very professional in all of his work on processing my lease; from locating the vehicle that has all of the specs I want, to providing an upfront fair price on the sale. I have never had to do any "negotiating" about price, and I know from any research that I am getting the best price. Last week we went to this dealer with an intention to purchase a car as already discussed via email, but after 2 hours of waiting, no papers were processed, as they said no one was able to do it and the purchase a car as already discussed via email, but after 2 hours of waiting, no papers were processed, as they said no one was able to do it and the car would not be ready for us. So they just took our deposit and rescheduled to process the papers later that week. They didn’t even give us a receipt when we left—we had to go back to ask for a receipt! Anyway, during that week we found a better deal from another dealer, whom went above and beyond—even after hours to make the purchase complete. We then called this dealer for our deposit back but they refused to give us our refund and said they would deduct cleaning fees for the new car. The manager Tim verbally attacked us over the phone, claiming we signed a contract and if they returned our deposit, fees would be deducted. We had to threaten to take legal action because they did not give us any contracts to sign and he needed to prove that, or we’d be taking him to court. So apparently he was not able to prove that so he called us back to come pick up our deposit. I would never come back here again and would never recommend this dealer to anyone because of the way he treated us and try to steal from us. They did not take their time to serve their customer so we took our money somewhere else. If they would have taken their time to give us papers to sign that night, it would have been a done deal. The manager is dishonest and extremely unprofessional. I could go on and quote more of how Tim verbally attacked us—long story short, this dealer lost a customer but Tim acted like a sore loser. Let it be a lesson to your team. More

We recently purchased our second new car from Gustman Honda. We previously purchased our Hondas from the Green Bay Honda dealership, which was always a good experience, but after our excellent experienc Honda. Dan Schnell went out of his way to find the exact model/year/package CRV we were looking for, and delivered the best trade-in and purchase offer we received during our search. First time in several years buying a NEW vehicle, after several used vehicles for family members, and wanted it to be a great experience. Tony Nagel entered me into their computer system as a potential customer, and then let me come and go for over 3 years, never applying pressure for "today's sale." Told him we would purchase when the time was right, and he was patient for the sale. Great customer service, fair price (end of cycle Honda cash!), and both Tony and Jason (F&I Manager) made the buying process pleasant, even for my wife who is not too keen on negotiations and pressure. Bottom line is that we started the relationship well, it remained pleasant for years, and finished with a trustworthy salesman and dealership. Also, recommended family members purchase from Tony, and they had similar experiences. Well done! More
