We just purchased a vehicle from here, and we were THOROUGHLY dissatisfied with the xxxx-poor customer service! The first salesman we met with (Pablo) was unexperienced, clueless AND informed us that THOROUGHLY dissatisfied with the xxxx-poor customer service! The first salesman we met with (Pablo) was unexperienced, clueless AND informed us that we could not purchase our vehicle the day we arrived prepared to buy because their financial manager was not in that day (keep in mind that he did not inform us of this until AFTER we had made the hour drive in). Additionally, he also naively led us to believe that we qualified for a tax exemption benefit (I am a 100% disabled veteran) and we were later informed by their business manager that that was inaccurate, AND he had been wrong ONLY after we had gathered together the necessary qualifying paperwork for this exemption that he had made us aware of. This was ONLY day one! On Day 2, we came prepared and ready to purchase the vehicle with Nathan, BUT they then told us that we were too late for them to service it, and we would have to wait. Day 3, we were then informed by the business manager (Nicholas Schmitt) that I did not qualify (contrary to what we were told by Pablo) for the vet tax benefit exemption (as the benefit no longer exists, anymore). Day 3 also happened to be on a Saturday, and the dealership failed to do their homework on this benefit by verifying themselves that it was a legitimate (and current) benefit offered to Wisconsin disabled vets. Consequently, we held off on purchasing until we could verify the benefit. Today, day 4, we came in to finally purchase, and this was when we were treated very RUDELY by ALL involved. Upon entering the dealership with my wife and son, their was an immediaate snickering and heavy burdenous sighs (which we could clearly see ourselves) by the employees I have specifically mentioned above. The business manager was rude, and seemed very hurried to get us out the door. He also wanted us to put down more money on the vehicle (implying that we couldn't pay our bill) and while he was pushing us to purchase more policies. When finished, he simply muttered, "Enjoy Your Car," and didn't even bother to walk us to the front door of the building. Upon entering the vehicle, it had not been cleaned well, as the seats still had dog hair on them, and their was food crumbs on the backseat (this was after being informed that the vehicle had already been detailed TWICE). Lastly, as we went to drive away, their was a sudden, unexpected AND very distinct GRINDING noise when I braked the vehicle! This had not happened previously when we had test driven it twice before. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone, NOR would I ever revisit it, again! Additionally, I personally call out Nicholas Schmitt for his rude, condescending behavior that was very unprofessional. Their was absolutely NO effort made to make up for the inconvenience of driving needlessly to the dealership (when it wasn't necessary). No gas card, free oil change OR anything at all for that amount of time wasted (and right before the Christmas holiday). Absolutely NO way for ANYONE (especially a veteran) to be treated and it deservedly needs to be called out! More
