Hi John Kokalis, I’m pretty sure you know what is going on here! Every bad review has the exact same horrible experience with the surprise add on fees, what’s even worse is some poor people do not catch this. I looked on the BBB website and you have 21 very unhappy customers that say the exact same thing…..hmmm so not sure what you have to say but it’s not worth any more of my time. It’s sad because Roger was aware the whole time and he was aware that my wife has breast cancer and needed to go to her treatment and we were an hour away from our home. Shame on your establishment!

Well John Kokkalis I do not need your help any more, what I can say is that the Quality of this place is horrible, no communication between the staff. All the time i received an answer back saying "we are busy" so that means you guys do not need some of us as costumer's, I wish I could go back 2 years and read this list of bad comment's it will prevent me to spend almost $3000.00 for the garbage you sold me.
