I reached out to this dealer because of a Kia Soul they had listed on Cars.com I almost immediately received a call back to discuss my initial inquiry. I expressed I was remote about 4 hours away and wo had listed on Cars.com I almost immediately received a call back to discuss my initial inquiry. I expressed I was remote about 4 hours away and would like to complete as much as possible so I could arrive, test drive and then do paperwork. I was informed that they require in person to do most of that, but that a "manager" would reach out to me to see what they could do for me. 24 hours (ish) later I received a call from the online sales manager. I covered the few questions I had about the car, IE remaining factory warranty, Title isn't salvage or rebuilt,, etc. At that time he mentioned that they had added $1900 in accessories to the vehicle and that that would be need to be added to the published pricing. I asked what those accessories were as they were not indicated on the Cars.com page or the Dealer page itself. He quickly listed them off, so fast that I asked him to repeat them twice, and then finally gave up and asked for the list of additions in writing. He said "NO". I said I wanted to see the list of additions that weren't listed on his website in writing so that I could understand the extra that I was being asked to pay and he said : "No they weren't interested in sending me a list, I could come in and they would be happy to show me the additions." Now If I'm going to give almost 19K for an item, if I want to see the list of accessories that you have added I should be able to see the list. It in fact should be listed on your advertisement for the item. This is straight up bait and switch, show the lower price, claim it's marketing's fault and then try to get me to buy at the much higher rate. More

I had leased my car from them three years ago (I had a good experience the 1st time with Billy) and came back in to buy it. I knew what the car’s residual value was and that my buyout quote included taxes, yet they tried to charge me $1,000 above and beyond the taxes that again we already in my buyout quote. They then couldn’t provide a logical explanation of why their Xzilon treatment which they charge over $1,200 (this seams to be some sort of way overpriced sealant) is required and their default answer was that it made the car COVID compliant for sale which sounded like they were trained to just try to repeating this “buzz” word over and over again as if it was some magical catch all explanation for something that is totally unreasonable. They did not have an answer for My response that, “I had already had the car for three years, why do I need someone to disinfectant it now?” In short on this point the lack of real answers and transparency makes feel like they think I’m stupid and will just go along with anything, this was unbelievably frustrating. They said they would reach out the following day to connect me with service so I could buy a factory accessory I wanted and was willing to pay for, predictably they did not follow up over the next two days I felt like from the minute I walked in the till the moment I walked out I was just trying to be worked over. Pros They did a great job washing and cleaning my car inside and out In summary, I don’t recommend buying a car from here until management actively works to create an environment that teaches and supports consultative selling approaches with a much higher level of transparency than is currently being used. Tried to buy a Genesis. Salesman would not quote me a price. Tried to entice me to sign a paper saying I would buy the car. I asked for the keys to my car (6) times so I could depart. When I finally got price. Tried to entice me to sign a paper saying I would buy the car. I asked for the keys to my car (6) times so I could depart. When I finally got my Keyes, another salesman provided me with numbers that were not reasonable. Holding customers hostage—-ridiculous!!! I am 76, purchased numerous cars, and never experienced this type of behavior from salesmen. More
This was a disastrous experience, I am not sure what other way to describe this entire ordeal today. Pasha overall was an aggressive salesman, which I don't mind and do expect. I was there seeing what was possible for the trade in of my vehicle, for which they came well under the kelley blue book value. I told them I didn't think their offer was fair and we came to an eventual agreement on what I would walk out the door for a new car for. They couldn't meet it after some hours but were still hammering away a deal. I had another obligation to go to, told them so, and said I would be back to hammer it out the next day. They didn't like or appreciate that, I get it- they want the sale today. But after my many insistences that I wanted to discuss with my partner and that I would please like my car keys back, Pasha said his manager had my car key. Okay, go get it. He had me wait in the manager's office despite my insistence I had to leave. I waited there awhile, pacing, and asked another employee if he could please go locate my key. He asked, which prompted the manager, Leonides Garcia, to show up. By this time I was upset and told him to give me my car key, which he clearly didn't appreciate. In his words, "You don't tell me what to do here, in my enterprise or talk to me like that," as well as similar statements as I insisted he give me my property and allow me to leave. I said they could not reach the deal and I had somewhere else to go, so he got angry and insisted he could make this deal after blowing hot air at me for two hours and grossly yanking my chain and that I was going back on my word. When I insisted I had somewhere to be, his words were, "Then you shouldn't have even come here if you don't have time." Along with telling me I should not demand my property back after many instances of requesting my key and that I was both overreacting and unreasonable. If this is how they do business, I told them that I was not going to give them any of mine. When he was done publicly asserting his authority as he felt he needed to do, he got my key and I could leave. I will never return here, despite my good experience with the service department. Prime example of predatory behavior that no one should have to endure, and I am concerned with why they would allow someone like that to be in management at that location or any location. I refuse to be gaslit, and so should all your other customers. More
Brian was and is a horrible salesman. I was interested in the 08 Kia Rio, which was listed on the internet $3591. I came to test drive on yesterday,(5/25/2021, was satisfied. I asked him was that the list in the 08 Kia Rio, which was listed on the internet $3591. I came to test drive on yesterday,(5/25/2021, was satisfied. I asked him was that the listed price, he replied it was. I was on break from work, I told him that I wanted the car for my daughter, wo is going away to school in the fall, I also told him that I needed a Bill of Sale, to take to my bank, he stated that I needed to come in the next day to get one. On 5/26/2021, I returned about noon, (my appt. time) he gave me the run around, had me waiting for over an hour, while I was still on lunch break from work, Well, he finally came back and showed me a piece of paper with the listed price plus an additional $4000.00 added onto it. I was like, are you kidding me. I then questioned the price jump, . He stated that the car was "reconditioned", Whatever the xxxx that means. He couldn't explain thoroughly what it meant, when I asked him. To make a long story short, I was very unhappy with him, his unprofessional knowledge of the car price, and his job period!!! I ended up walking out, furious, I maybe a female, and I know how carsalesmen try to get over on females, but I have had at least 5-6 new/ used cars, and have not been treated as such like I received today!! I expected to pay the listed price,$3591.00 plus tax, title, fees, but not an extra $4000.00 profit from me. Not to mention while sitting in this dealership, the price jumped from $3591.00 to $5591, on the internet. I' so glad that I screenshot the price before it suddenly took a hike in price. This was a HORRIBLE experience, I will NEVER come here again, I will be contacting Ryan Rohrman, as well as BBB(Better Business Bureau), social media, ( Yelp, Facebook, Instagram) of how I was treated at your dealership. I agree what the gentlemen wrote on March 31, 2021, it's xx!!! Find another SUCKER, because I'm not the one!!! More
The service after the sale is the most horrendous thing. Had I known this previously I never would have bought here. I purchased a 2021 Kona and have been having issues from day 1 with the service departmen Had I known this previously I never would have bought here. I purchased a 2021 Kona and have been having issues from day 1 with the service department. Currently I am trying to get my vehicle scheduled for warranty service. First I use this vehicle for work and they wanted me to drop it off without transportation. Once, after multiple attempts, this was resolved I was finally able to schedule an appointment with Eric for a loaner vehicle on Monday, 5/24. He explained to me that they don't have loaners but they would put me in a rental. Ok, come Monday when my appointment was I was told that they couldn't do that and that I would have to reschedule. I called my salesperson Roger who said he would get back to me later that day but never did and at the end of the day when I asked what was going on he said he would reach out to me today. It's not well past close and no response. If you want and have the time to deal with headaches and issues after the sale or if you don't have multiple vehicles to just leave it then DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
