My recall was completed, and I was informed that my new alternator, put in elsewhere, was faulty. I do NOT recommend that you purchase a car from this dealership. They use deceptive practices- for example, they advertised a car at a certain price on this website and then added close to $5000 worth o dealership. Salesman Roger D is nothing but a con man. Additionally, their customer service is perhaps the poorest I have ever seen. Leonides, in management, is condescending and disrespectful, and he blatantly lied about the ways that cars are priced- telling us that we just don't know how things are done in this industry. He is sexist and patronizing and you will leave the dealership feeling like you need a shower from the sleaziness. This is the worst experience I have EVER had with a car dealership- and I have bought many cars. More
