Go elsewhere for service and recalls. Over the past year we’ve had 2 recalls on our vehicle. We’ve scheduled appointments and had to bring in our vehicle 4 SEPARATE TIMES to this dealersh Over the past year we’ve had 2 recalls on our vehicle. We’ve scheduled appointments and had to bring in our vehicle 4 SEPARATE TIMES to this dealership for the recalls to be managed and they’re still not completed. There’s been a different excuse every time (understaffing, the only tech who’s licensed to do the work was on vacation, too busy, an alert had to be dealt with before the recall). I get it, surprises come up, but there seems to be a problem EVERY time. We were told we would be given a loaner vehicle because of all of the inconvenience, but on the day of the most recent service, they said they’re out of vehicles. More

My Truck has been in the service center since June 15, 2022. I was promised to have my truck complete by July 7th before my vacation. Mind you they worked on my truck for the same issue and obviously di 2022. I was promised to have my truck complete by July 7th before my vacation. Mind you they worked on my truck for the same issue and obviously did not fix it. Douglas does not keep you informed as he said he will. If he would have told me a week early the parts were not going to be in i would have canceled my vacation and i would have been at least refunded my stay. then i was promised that the parts will be in July 11th. then i was promised July 29th. As of today as i am writing this review, i still don't have my truck, even though they have the parts and have had them for several weeks. more management! More
