This dealer will scam you one way or another. Please don't buy from them. Go to Chrysler and ask about their 5-star dealer, which Gurnee Dodge is not one of them. I stopped by the dealership on Friday, June 3, 2011, to have a back light checked and they offered me a car wash. Was I in for a "big surprise!" The porter stole $300.00 dollars from my console and the ser have a back light checked and they offered me a car wash. Was I in for a "big surprise!" The porter stole $300.00 dollars from my console and the service manager wasn't very helpful in this serious situation. I filed a police report with the Gurnee Police Department. I highly recommend you never go to this dealership for anything. The porter should be taking your car through the car wash and nothing else!Instead of snooping through your vehicle! This young porter is a liar and the service manager should of done more in this situation. I am writing letters to the owner of this dealership, Dodge Company, and filing a report on this company through the better business bureau. I will also contact local newspapers. Never have anything valuable in your car, once you leave it. More

They did nothing for me. I took it in with a problem and said that my "great warrenty" they give with all their cars would not provide it. They gave some stupid reason and made me feel stupid. My son ,Jeremy Blanchard, had to have an engine replaced because it locked up after an oil change. The service mgr told me that they could not determine what caused this problem while a tech named Michael a because it locked up after an oil change. The service mgr told me that they could not determine what caused this problem while a tech named Michael apparently told the insurance company for Fast Lane Lube Masters that it was caused by a lack of maintenance. Is the tech smarter than the boss? Also the transmission had problems when he picked the vehicle up that was not there prior to the engine swap. This was later found to be from shoddy tech work when changing out the engine. The lawyers will be straightening out these issues now. PS. It will be the last Dodge anyone in my family owns if this doesn't get resolved fairly. More
