The dealership made some money but I walked away feeling I got a really great deal and was treated fairly, not fleeced. The process was reasonably quick and there was no pressure on the back end for all the aftermarket sales stuff typical from most dealerships. Brian was extremely personable and friendly, and made no attempt to pressure me into a vehicle I did not want. I actually ended up with a much nicer vehicle than I thought I could afford due to great financing options I did not know existed until I walked in there.
