We tested several other Jeeps and we were excited with the choice of the Grand Cherokee. We opted for running boards and weather tek mats. Spent some time with another dealer in the area and was extremely disappointed in this other dealer's customer service. Brought our business over to Gurnee, and will never look back! I respect the fact that all dealers have a business to run, but this crew at Gurnee, has figured out the right mix of professionalism, courtesy and respect and they extend it to all of their customers, while still running an effective and productive business. they are straight with you if you are straight with them. This was the best experience I have EVER had with any auto dealer. If you are in the market for any product they sell, give them a shot, you will not be disappointed.
