Slow but accommodating We visited the dealership on a weekday morning and despite it not seeming busy, the process took much longer than we expected. The salesperson was kn We visited the dealership on a weekday morning and despite it not seeming busy, the process took much longer than we expected. The salesperson was knowledgeable and polite but it felt like we were getting “played” after multiple to-my-people-and-backs. Surprisingly, the numbers worked out after we tried to leave. The paperwork was pretty straightforward but when they handed us the keys we noticed the trim model of the car was not the same as how it was listed online. Apparently, we got “more car” because of their mistake. Knowing the car buying experience, we didn’t have high expectations going in but it wasn’t worse than we expected. Overall, we got the car we wanted for what we felt was a fair price from people that were nice. More
