They printed me off an offer and this is what it entailed: High pressure to sell worthless add-ons: $3,999 for the "Gurnee Package," you get "fabric protection, locking lug nuts, car washes and tires for life." If I have to explain why that's a rip off, you shouldn't be driving a car on public roads. $600 for VIN etching, even if you wanted to have something so worthless, you can buy a kit and do it yourself for $24.95. Sales tax should be around $2,700, not the almost $5,800 they had listed They had a line item that literally said “ +......1,495” At first I thought it was the destination charge, but that's already included in the price at the top. And if all of this isn’t enough, you can finance it for 96 months at 8% interest! Anyway, if you were to take this deal, this car would cost you about $96,000 by the time you paid it off. Stay well away from these scam artists, they are everything bad you’ve heard about a dealership. More

Hidden charges, terrible customer service Was initially presented with a payment that was close to $600 a month, when Jeremy (our salesperson) knew the target monthly payment was $200. Was repeatedly told that there was no way possible for the payment to be at $200. Once we said we would walk away without the car, we were somehow magically able to get the payment down to the target. Clearly not very upfront and honest with their pricing and loan options. Jeremy tried to add a $4000 service package that I said I did not want as I am from out of town. Once this was taken off, the payments worked out. I was also only given $100 for my trade whereas I have been offered $600-$750 at other dealerships. From here we waited for several hours to get into financing only to be rushed through at the end of the workday. Angel (finance person) tried to get through all of the paperwork quickly and gave pseudo explanations for what different documents were. After we signed off on the loan payments and were on the way home, we noticed a "Gurnee Advantage Package" (nearly $1400) that I never agreed to and was never once explained. There was also a charge for nitro fill tires, which I had already explained that I did not want, bringing the total for unexplained charges up to $1700. When I called every day for a week, Jeremy and Angel both said that the charge should not be there and it would be taken care of. I was then passed to an HR representative in Anaheim (??) who was not helpful,but was rude and condescending. He did a poor job of explaining the charges, and I have since called Angel and left messages 5 separate times with no reply. I have had no issues with the car itself thus far (knock on wood), but the customer service has been absolutely terrible. I have also not received a registration for the car and have not gotten a booklet or any information on the loan. If only I could get a response from the dealership, perhaps I could get answers to any of these questions. Would absolutely not recommend. Strongly considered taking the vehicle back within the first 7 days (though I enjoy it) because of how bad the customer service was and how shady their business practices were. More
