Made an appointment to buy a van for my company. Stay away from this dealership!!!! We've had terrible service from sales department, management and now the service department. When we bought our vehicle we were given 3 free oil changes. Terrible Experience - Deceptive Pricing I was begging to buy a vehicle and you would think given the current environment, the dealership would want to do a deal. I dealt with the Internet De I was begging to buy a vehicle and you would think given the current environment, the dealership would want to do a deal. I dealt with the Internet Department (Valery and Mary) and was given a complete run around. Had the Wrangler I wanted at a price I was willing to not haggle over. This was to be a simple transaction. Cost of the vehicle less a 1/3 cash down payment with no trade in. Exemplary credit should have qualified me for their best financing rate on the balance due. Here it is "Negotiated Cost minus Cash Down Payment plus License Fees, Registration Fees and applicable Taxes". Plug this into an online calculator to get my monthly number. They call me back with a number that is not even close. When I question it, it becomes everyone else's "fault", namely the Finance Department per Mary. Can I get a call back explaining the reason for the discrepancy? Eventually, the call comes that tells me about added packages that I never would agree to. The biggest charge was the "Gurnee Package". What???? Some $3,000 package that includes oil and tire services amongst other "perks". This is like a scene from Fargo of some salesman trying to sell me rustproofing that I never agreed to ala the 1980's! I tell Mary I have no interest in the add-on packages and to get back to me with "clean numbers". Never get the call back and the vehicle disappears from the website along with the reduced price. I have the pictures showing the price that was originally offered and will be forwarding my findings to Corporate. Been a long time Jeep owner (five prior Wranglers) and this was just a really poor experience. My advice...... Stay far away More

BEWARE very deceptive practices I have been looking for a Jeep Wrangler for some time now and have visited several dealerships and finally found the one I was looking for on Gurnee C I have been looking for a Jeep Wrangler for some time now and have visited several dealerships and finally found the one I was looking for on Gurnee CJD website. The problem was it was actually located at their sister dealership. I emailed someone who told me they could transfer the Jeep to Gurnee if I was interested and could set up an appointment to drive, which I set up for several days later. When I arrived I spoke to a salesperson who finally came back with the assistant sales manager to tell me the car was sold. Now I understand this and do not blame them, however I don't think they ever intended on bringing the car for me to see, I think this was a bait and switch. I say this because after we drove other Jeeps, the EXACT car pulled up from the other dealership, and I know it was the exact one because I had a copy of the window sticker and the VINs matched. The sales mgr told me it was sold at his dealership late the previous night and they were transferring for the new owner. I had a 10 am appointment to see that vehicle, yet as of late the night before it was not there? Bait and switch. Also, when they quoted me prices on the ones I did drive they added a "Gurnee Package" which cost almost $3000 Plus a $1250 'Destination Charge". When I questioned them both he removed the DC, and reduced the Gurnee package but both were xx fees they automatically add. The sales mgr also tried to tell me that he was giving me a great deal for my troubles, but it was the same deals on their website. So beware, I will not go back to this place. More

Very deceptive. The packages they sell you are not what they say they are. We were told the one we purchased covered small scratches and door dings only to be told by the service department that is not tr they say they are. Its been 6 months and they won't give us a itemized list of what they actually do cover. We have called and left MANY messages and have never had one returned. Stay away from this dealership!!!! More
