Upon arrival I was greeted in the parking lot by a gentlemen and ask who I was there to see. My salesperson, Alonzo introduced himself and took me to his office. I received a bottle of water and after a quick discussion and ID check I was provided the keys to induct a test drive. Alonzo went over the vehicle, pointing out options, etc and off I went. I appreciated the no pressure experience because I had pre-approved financing so essentially this was a cash deal for GCJDR. After completing the test drive, Alonzo ask me how the drive was and if he could answer any questions for me. From there I went to the finance office to complete the deal. This took longer than expected, but I guess that's the necessary process we must go through to confirm everything is accurate. All in all I enjoyed the experience and would recommend the dealership!
