Simple request not met. Ran credit without permission I had a few simple requests when i went to buy my Rogue. These were not met. I got the car i wanted but left feeling like my requests were not importa I had a few simple requests when i went to buy my Rogue. These were not met. I got the car i wanted but left feeling like my requests were not important enough for them. They ran my credit without permission after i was told that my credit was just needed as a back-up for the primary purchaser. Overall not a great experience. Will not recommend. More
Best experience ever This dealership is about one and half hours from me and it was worth the trip! I worked with Sales Manager Brian and from the beginning he was honest and was able to locate the vehicle I wanted for the best price out there not only that he got me the most for my trade and the finance terms were unbelievable. I will work with them in the future as again I have never dealt with a dealership that is honest and displayed integrity as this one! More
Best dealership EVER!!!! Ricky Bobby is who you need to go see! He got me into a brand new 2017 Nissan Sentra, with all the bells and whistles, with NO money down, and a VERY Ricky Bobby is who you need to go see! He got me into a brand new 2017 Nissan Sentra, with all the bells and whistles, with NO money down, and a VERY reasonable monthly payment! Every other dealership and person that I talked to said they couldn't help me. Ricky got it done! My BRAND NEW, awesome car is parked in my driveway. Oh AND they bought us pizza, while we were waiting for all the paperwork to be ready to sign. What other dealership would treat a customer like that?? NO ONE, that's who. Best buying experience ever. Poor customer experience I took my truck for vacuum leak test they told me it will cost $148 left my truck their for two days.. They did not do vacuum leak instead they scanned for codes. the process which takes less than 5min & i was billed $148. i called another nissan dealership they charge $99. Hurley_Leep is a GREEDY DEALERSHIP!! More
beware of the maintenance BEWARE! I purchased new Pathfinder Platinum in March of 2014. Since my purchase I have paid for $4700 in "maintenance." I felt like I was bullied into BEWARE! I purchased new Pathfinder Platinum in March of 2014. Since my purchase I have paid for $4700 in "maintenance." I felt like I was bullied into getting this work done. When it first happened I called and complained to Nissan but nothing was done. My average spend each visit was $187. The final straw was when I went in a few weeks ago and asked for "just and oil change" and was called by Nate and told my serpentine belt needed to be replaced at $200. He told me it was cracked and made me feel like I would crash my car if I didn't do it. Of note, he has been the main person that has strong armed me into all these repairs. When I went to pick up my car the belt was not in stock and all the sudden it was not an urgent fix. I left that day on a mission to get out of that Nissan. I have since traded it in on a 2016 Toyota Highlander Limited Platinum. I was happy to pay for any negative equity just to get out of this car and the ridiculous maintenance fees. I caution anyone on buying a Nissan, but if you do, do not get your maintenance done here. I've reached out to the State Attorney General and am awaiting their response. More

Service Manager I had posted the below review on 11/30/15. Over 2 weeks after that Nathan Johnson the service manager called and told me that if I would delete the re I had posted the below review on 11/30/15. Over 2 weeks after that Nathan Johnson the service manager called and told me that if I would delete the review I had posted on several websites that he would give me a total refund (although I only want the amount I was over charged) and he gave me his word on that! I deleted all the postings that I could and on the rest I stated that the issue had been resolved. He said that he would call me when his IT guy had confirmed that. Well as of today 1/29/16 I still haven't heard anything from Nathan. So much for his "word". I purchased my car here 3 yrs ago and had always been happy with their service until last week. I took it there to have an oil change and they called and said it was due to change the brake fluid and differential fluid. I was told the price would be $100 for one and $139 for the other. I told him to go ahead and do them. When I picked up the car the bill was $496. I was shocked. I asked the service rep and she didn't have a good answer as to why it was so high. The oil change with coupons was $4.95. I asked to talk to the service manager but was told he wasn't available and I had to get back to work. I called about an hour later and he still was unavailable so I left a message. He called me and said he would look into it and call me back. Well it's been 3 days and have yet been able to talk to him. I've called 8 times over the last 5 days and his employees have left messages and have even texted him. Believe me I will never but another vehicle from any Gurley Leep dealership again. 12/7/15 Gurley Leep has contaced me and the issue has been resolved. More
I will and have recommended this dealership and this salesman. I purchased a Nissan Murano from this dealership, the salesman was very patient with me as I was unsure of what I wanted. There was no pre salesman. I purchased a Nissan Murano from this dealership, the salesman was very patient with me as I was unsure of what I wanted. There was no pressure put on me as it took me a few weeks to make up my mind. When I did decide on this vehicle I told him exactly what I wanted and the vehicle was found for me. Before I left the dealership with my new Murano, the salesman took the time to go over the vehicle with me to show me basics about my new car. He even set up my car phone for me! I have nothing but good things to say about the salesman I had at Gurley Leep Nissan. More
