Routine Maintenance Was in for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection at 12,000 miles. He took pictures of the car, very strange, but he explained it was to protect the service department from claims by customers for damage to their cars. I waited in the waiting room and watched two women play cards as they waited. I read a book. I did get an email about the oil change and some filters that needed replacement. I okayed the charge waited some more and Mr. Neff came in said the car was ready. I paid my bill and left. More
Customer Service Extraordinaire! My Subaru is one that has the oil consumption problem. The Service Manager, Justin Neff, has done an extraordinary job of handling my issue. He has given me confidence that the fix scheduled soon will solve my problem. I always request Justin when I have my Forester serviced. He is totally knowledgeable of his product and makes me feel like I'm the most important customer in the building. Justin should be used as an example to the training of all managers. My experience with the service department is always great. My experience with the service department is almost always great. However my experience with the sales department when I bought this car was terrible My experience with the service department is almost always great. However my experience with the sales department when I bought this car was terrible. I was sold a car that needed tires a year later, and many other repairs. I felt like I was misled when I was told about the tire warranty I purchased. It didn’t cover a dime of my tires. I was told it was a four wheel drive car, it isn’t. I felt like the fact that I was in a hurry to by a car because mine had been totaled in accident was used to take advantage of me. Once my service warranty is up, I will never come back and I never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
