Excellent customer service always! My husband and I were experiencing a water leak in our 2016 Escape. I called Brandy, who we purchased the car from less than three years ago. Brandy did some investigating and then talked to service department and body shop. Barb in body shop was very thorough with all communication. In the end, Gurley Leep covered 100% of the cost of repairing the water leak for us. Best of all, the car is “tight” now as we had experienced another round of rain after getting the car back.
