I bought a used 2014 Lincoln MKZ from this so called dealership, they bandaid their used cars so they can make it off the lot, less than a week i took my car in for low tire come to find out someone tri dealership, they bandaid their used cars so they can make it off the lot, less than a week i took my car in for low tire come to find out someone tried fixing the cracked rim with a rubber patch, to make things worse the tires had huge bubbles on the inside had to be replaced. One week into this car i am out over $1400 tried to get ahold of the salesman out on medical. Fast forward to late May tried turning my AC on for the first time and yes does not work. Finally got ahold of the salesman and explained the issues i was having he said he would talk with his manager about it and heard nothing from him. It took well over 6 weeks and 2 trips to the dealership to get my car in to get the AC fixed!!!!! To top all this off they want me to pay $100 deductible on my extended warranty on an AC unit that did not work when the car was purchased, i never tried it when i bought the car in January that was my mistake. Long story short do not buy a used car from this dealership they dont care about service after the sale!!!!! Never have i been treated with such disrespect by not taking care of a few issues!!!!! Once again avoid this place!!!! More

Sold me an F-150 with significant suspension issues (Red rating by them). 8 months later I come in for a heater core replacement and they want to repair my suspension on my dime. Really? You were too cheap to make decent truck truly awesome. Needless to say, I saved 40% of your cost by going somewhere else. Lifetime warranty on all parts. Better than your own 2 year warranty on parts and labor. Didn't even mention an item that was broken at the time my purchase. Never again! Don't ask for referrals. More

Service department Sucks Had my truck in for warranty work and they broke 3 things that were ok. They tried to repaint part of a door and it looked terrible. the general manager will not return calls to discuss a fix. They had my truck for 3 1/2 weeks only to be frustrated with the results. They wont follow up with any answers.I do not recommend them for any repair. More
