Service for steering repair Ford F350 Super Duty. Charged over $4000. When putting the front tires back on, they did not tighten the lug nuts. Next day drove at highway speed over the SkyWay 180 feet Charged over $4000. When putting the front tires back on, they did not tighten the lug nuts. Next day drove at highway speed over the SkyWay 180 feet above ground. At my destination, traveling at 20 mph the front left tire fell off destroying the entire hub assembly and wheel well. Another $3300 repair. Could have rolled and died with my daughter in the car. Service manager Mike Campbell and technician M. Spahn and ownership of Gurley Leep Ford....no response to my calls and messages. Beware of this dealership. No ethics and no morals. Took my car in for a warranty repair. Scheduled appointment and made sure to ask if the part was in stock. They said it was so I took it in and an hour later they texted to say didn’t have part an appointment and made sure to ask if the part was in stock. Please believe me when I say that Dave Spencer is my hero!!! We were upside down on our previous loan. The truck was on its last leg!!!!
