Hi, Jason! We truly appreciate you sharing your concerns with us. We deeply regret that your experience didn't align with our mutual expectations. We looked into this and it's important for you to know that our technicians and service advisors are held to very high standards. Part of this requires mandatory and thorough record keeping of every customer interaction and service provided. They must have written, photo, and video documentation of everything. We have documentation of the mileage on your vehicle when we took possession of it and when we released it back to you. There was a 3 mile difference. We drove the vehicle at various different speeds and braking well over 40mph. There is no way the technician drove the vehicle 3 miles just in the parking lot…. We also have pictures of the brake measurements checking out good. We have a video of the rotors and the technician explaining the measurements and conditions of the brakes. We aren't sure what else we could have done to explain that everything is in good condition. It feels like it came down to you simply not believing us. We wish you the best of luck and appreciate your feedback.

Hi Marc! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're so sorry to hear your experience didn't go as either of us had hoped. According to our thorough technician notes, all brakes were in perfect condition as they were just replaced during the certified car inspection in March of this year. They could not identify any noise underneath the vehicle as everything was secured and nothing was loose. The sunroof just needed some relearning as someone was using it incorrectly. Our service staff is required to take detailed documentation of everything, no matter how minor, with written notes, photos, and videos.
