Horrible service dept. The service department is horrible. They do not care about taking care of the customer at all. Needless to say they were not capable of fixing the issue with our Challenger so we are having to take it to a competent dealership to get it fixed right. I should also mention that because of our vehicle situation, Mr. Shores provides me (and my grandson, car seat and all) with transportation to the dealership to get that good looking Jeep! 1400 miles in 1 week and I can tell you that it drives and rides great.
