David Powell negotiated the sale over the phone since I live in Missouri. David had everything ready when I arrived. David explained all of the features & made sure I understood how to use them. Prior to my arrival, David had programmed the navigation system for my return trip home (291 miles away). He also had installed a front license plate holder so he could change my Missouri plates prior to my departure. David also connected my cell phone to the car so I could enjoy a safer drive home. This was the best experience I've had in purchasing a new vehicle & I highly commend the dealership for the level of professionalism. I've recommended two other people to consider Gupton Auto for a purchase & will continue to do this. If I should need another vehicle, I will certainly consider Gupton Auto.
