I ordered a new truck 12-1-12 dealer told me up front should take about a month for factory to chage over year model then truck should be built. In late 2012, I had been in the market for a new Dodge Challenger SE for about 6 months but I could not find exactly the car I was looking for. I was on the net searching different dealers inventory and Challenger SE for about 6 months but I could not find exactly the car I was looking for. I was on the net searching different dealers inventory and visited Gupton Motors site. Their site included a "meet our staff" section where I fould Walter Lee. Walter and I had known each other from our previous careers and I had always known him to be an honest person that told you just how it was. If he said it was raining outside, you had better grab your umbrella. The next day I called Walter, told him what I was looking for. He wrote down my information and told me he thought they had just ordered the car I was looking for. He checked his facts, called me back a little later and a month later, I was driving my new car off their lot. The 1st time I drove to the dealership to sign the purchase order to insure I would get the car as soon as it came in, it was like I was seing an old neighbor that I hadn't talked to in years. Walter was the same good guy I had dealt with years ago and it all fit like a glove. I knew about what my trade should have been worth and I had an idea of what I should have been able to pay for the new car. There was none of this haggle back and forth crap either. This is what we can sell our car to you for and this is what we will aloow you for your trade. BOOM!! The deal was done and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience and I'm hard headed, picky and I want what I want. If you don't believe me, just ask Phil and Jade in service cause I've kept the dealership busy doing aftermarket work to my car ever since I bought it. So far, they've ordered and installed a cold air induction kit, rear deck spoiler, door kick plates and most recently driving lights. All of which where original Mopar parts and have turned out PERFECT!!!! We also took my girlfriend's 2007 Charger SE in for it's 90,000 mile service just this weekend and they just about re-built her car in the 1 day they had it. What more can I say? I will absolutely continue my new relationship with Walter, Phil, Jade and the rest of the crew at Gupton Motors. More
